Spent a delightful Christmas in an apartment hotel not far from the airport. Loved the spacious and clean apartment with comfortable beds and lovely decor. The staff were friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Loved the speedy Wi-Fi connection and free hot beverages served after a long day exploring the city. The perfect location made it easy to get around the city and explore different neighborhoods with ease.

Only drawback was the absence of an elevator, which was difficult with luggage. Would have preferred daily towel changes instead of having to ask for them.

The personal at Troya Residence was very polite and helpful. The hotel and the rooms were very comfortabel and clean. It is situated in the center of the city so you can easyliy go from there to everywhere else. As an alone traveller you feel save in the hotel.

This place is great; very clean, modern, well appointed. Good location close to metro station and Taksim square. Our room was basically a studio with a good kitchen and eating area so you can easily cater for yourself. The guy spoke good English and was very friendly and helpful. Definitely good value.

The location was fantastic, just a short 15-20 minute walk from Taksim Square or a quick metro ride from Osmanbey station. It was also conveniently close to the M2 line, making transportation around the city a breeze. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, even though the language barrier. Rooms are new, nicely equipped with small kitchen compartment and spacey. It would be nicer if the promised breakfast was given.

It is located in the middle of a small back street that taxy drivers find very difficult. It's hard to presume that there could be a hotel.

The nearby café was definitely worth a visit, and there were plenty of nighttime entertainment options like nightclubs and bars.

The hotel is conveniently located near Osmanbey Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, with attentive staff providing excellent service. the nearby Macka Park is a great spot for a leisurely stroll. Guests can enjoy free Wifi, although it may be a bit slow. there are plenty of affordable dining options nearby, such as the clean and cheap restaurant called Pehlivan.

There were some minor issues such as a noisy gas heater next to the bed and broken ventilation grills in the window. the manager was very accommodating and tried his best to address these concerns.

During my Easter stay, the hotel provided free WiFi and had a kitchen with basic essentials to prepare breakfast. the location was quite convenient, as it was just a short walk away from the city center and the metro station. the park nearby was also a great place to unwind and relax.

My experience at the hotel was not great overall. the room was extremely small and lacked basic amenities.
